Leave Application Guidelines

  • Emergency Leave → Deducted from Annual Leave balance.
  • If your Annual Leave balance is insufficient, please contact your Line Manager or HR.
  • Applying for leave beyond your balance → System will process as Unpaid Leave (please confirm with your Line Manager and HR before submission).
  • Medical Leave → A medical certificate is required. Please upload it after applying.
  • Advance Notice → Apply at least 3 working days in advance, except for emergencies.
  • Unauthorized absence may be treated as Absent Without Leave (AWOL) and subject to disciplinary action.
